OUR PROCESS

1 . FIRST SITE MEETING

(no payment due)

At this meeting we will walk through your project and brainstorm a vision for your outdoor space.

Our designer will offer ideas and suggestions and explain our design and build process.

We will broadly discuss cost to ensure we can create a space that fits within your budget.

After this meeting a design technician will visit your yard to take measurements and deliver material samples if applicable.

2. INITIAL DESIGN

( payment due )

This is a very exciting step!

You will receive a digital 3D DESIGN walkthrough to watch and discuss at your leisure.

Your designer will describe your project in detail and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and propose changes about anything regarding your new outdoor space, such as materials and layout.

3. CONTRACT & BUILD

(payment due)

Congratulations! You have chosen a company that is passionate about creating the perfect outdoor space for you and your family!

Our next step is to return to your yard with a project foreman and designer to examine every detail of the project.

This examination will develop any necessary design changes for the highest quality and most efficient build.

You will then be sent an update design submission and contract. The contract will lay out the details of the project and a payment plan.

Once approved and signed we are off and running to create a beautiful space for you.
